Damage Survey

Beltrami County is working with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Minnesota Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) to determine eligibility for Beltrami County residents and businesses to assist in recovery assistance following the destructive June 21, 2025 storms. The information collected in this form will only be used by the local recovery team and will not be sold or released to any organization not directly affiliated with the SBA, HSEM, and the local recovery team.

Damage surveys will start on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 so do not delay in reporting.

Eligible applicants include primary residential properties (including garages), businesses, apartments, mobile homes and home businesses. Damage requirements are 40% non-insured fair market value of the property. If you are uncertain if you meet that requirement, complete the form and it will be reviewed for eligibility.
